How to get to Chateau Lalinde
By Air
Bergerac (20km from Lalinde) is the nearest airport, from which Ryanair and Flybe
operate a choice of daily flights at very reasonable prices from Stansted, Southampton,
Exeter, Bristol, Birmingham and Leeds, as well as several airlines from Holland and
Belgium. (There are also daily flights from and to Paris – but these are not low-cost!)
Bordeaux (120km from Lalinde) is an alternative served by Air France and other international
airlines.
By Rail
Trains -- From Paris to Libourne (near Bordeaux) (three hours) and the local commuter train from Libourne to Lalinde (one and half hours).
Lalinde train station approx. 500 meters from chateau, or within walking distance.
By Road
Taxi service or a car with driver can be arranged.
Collection Service
If pickup or drop off is required, it is:
- €30 per person from/to Bergerac airport or station
- €150 per person from or to Bordeaux airport
